Patch notes:
- Proper Killer Penguins now leave a trail of bloody footprints
- Penguin collision handling and pathing improved
- Penguin starting speed reduced, increasing over levels to previous speed cap
- Player skill caps put in place and speed increase per level reduced
- QoL audio changes
