Hack 'n' Harvest
Guard your farm from invasive kudzu with your trusty sickle, walls and towers.
Controls
Move : WASD Attack : Space or Left Click Build defenses : B
You can build and upgrade defenses. B to enter/exit build mode. RMB to cancel build or move.
During the harvest season, defenses may be built for a discount and freely moved.
- Defense 1 : An upgradable melee turret
- Defense 2 : A breakable barrier that can stop the vines for a limited time
- Defense 3 : An invincible barrier that make the kudzu change direction.
Those last barriers are limited, upgrade the farm to build more.
Farm size can grow. Increased size gives a bonus to harvest value, but a larger area to protect.
Controls are remappable. Game speed may be adjusted in settings, to be faster or slower.
KNOWN ISSUES:
- Weak fences may enter bugged state forever looping on destroyed animation. Reported by 2 users, but our dev hasn't been able to recreate this. If you encounter it, please share the dev console output, if possible. Thanks!
- Upgrading the tower/turret replaces the object in the scene. Interacting too quickly with the new object (to move, upgrade, or sell) may cause problems due to still acting on the freed instance.
